What the technology means for service
Current EI24ID units carry the ProClean spray system, Perfect Dry sensing and Perfect Stemware racks with a stainless tub, while the prior EIDW-series and IQ-Touch models use the earlier Satellite Spray Arm and IQ-Touch control. Identifying the generation tells a technician which inlet valve, drain pump, wash motor, thermistor or control board a repair involves.
