The Electrolux EW23CS85KS is a discontinued / legacy counter-depth side-by-side refrigerator — no longer in production, but we still service it. Wave-Touch Controls and a Perfect Temp Drawer were signature features of this earlier side-by-side model.
On these refrigerators we are called for not cooling, no ice or water, frost buildup, a warm fresh-food side while the freezer stays cold, and water pooling from a clogged defrost drain. Display alerts such as SY EF (evaporator fan), SH or OP (a shorted or open sensor), and PF (power failure) are read where shown — note the display renders an "S" as a "5" — and everything else is diagnosed by symptom.
