The Electrolux EI23BC30KS is a discontinued / legacy counter-depth french-door refrigerator — no longer in production, but we still service it. IQ-Touch Controls, a Luxury Cool Zone Drawer, and SpillSafe Shelves made this a well-equipped counter-depth French-door fridge.
On these refrigerators we are called for not cooling, no ice or water, frost buildup, a warm fresh-food side while the freezer stays cold, and water pooling from a clogged defrost drain. Display alerts such as SY EF (evaporator fan), SH or OP (a shorted or open sensor), and PF (power failure) are read where shown — note the display renders an "S" as a "5" — and everything else is diagnosed by symptom.
